US funded BIO LABS in Ukraine?

Russian President Vladimir Putin has produced documents proving that the US-funded bioterror labs in Ukraine were releasaing dangerous pathogens such as anthrax, the plague, cholera and tularemia near the Russian border.
“In the course of the special military operation, evidence of the Kiev regime’s hasty measures to conceal any traces of the military biological program financed by the US Department of Defense in Ukraine has been revealed,” Russian Ministry of Defense spokesperson Igor Konashenkov declared.
US Embassy removed all their Ukraine Bioweapon lab documents from the website.

This has been a theory circulating since the first day of the Russian attack on Ukraine. Supposed maps of Bil Labs located throughout Ukraine, lined up with maps of attacks by Russian forces. This would make sense to me since the US is most definitely involved in clandestine Bio Labs around the world.
So what if part of this attack was indeed to take out these Bio Labs that were deemed a threat and more than likely illegal?
Would this lessen the wound of the casualties so far of this 'war'?
I would expect the TRUTH to come out sooner than later.
