This is definitely the devil's music and should only be allowed to be played with a serious parental discretion warning...

... but to be honest most parents in the 70s would be too stoned to read the warning.

The "Illinois Crime Commission" seems like it started out as a neighborhood watch and then became a witch hunt and that lobbies Washington. That's just a guess from what I see hear. But when it comes to word associations my first thought is Sicily.

The strange thing is this organization was establish in 1994 and the music here is from the 70s. I think it does have something to do with this:

Hmm 1994 that's odd. A good spot with the Zappa reference. The recent doc had a section on this very speech made by him and how he often spoke out on such issues when nobody else was.

The speech by Dee Snyder at the same time is something to hear. Rockers aren't dum-dums like they thought and have some real insights into what was happening at the time.
