I'm all shook up.
The Colonel's interview makes me think management sucks. People can't manage themselves let alone manage another. The one think I like about the Colonel is that he is humble not to take any recognition for his promotion efforts.

The music racket is a tough business from what I've seen and it's nice to have someone in your corner thinking about your best interests.
