before I sleep I always get used to going to the bathroom first, namely to urinate, brush my teeth and wash my face with running water, then after that I go to my room. don't forget to turn off the light and go to pray.
So when I have a lot of thoughts, I always play the instrument on my cellphone, and I put it on the table near my bed, sometimes I play melodic instruments, or my favorite songs, and sometimes I play songs about rain.
yes rain really calms our minds, as in general I always sleep when sleeping with a rainy atmosphere. The sound of rushing water and cold air really soothes the heart to sleep so that you fall asleep.
