My favorite fried mushroom

Good day everyone! I am back again...Now let me share something different,something that may encourage you to try it on your own.This is "mushroom" also known as "Ohong" here in Alcoy. This will grow like fungus all in different spores but basically the same. Here in the Philippines it is seasonal,will appear probably on ber months,specifically in the month of September.
Because it is September now,I have few mushrooms "Ohong" found somewhere at the backyard bushes,or under some shades of the mango tree.

Heres how I cook :
*Clean the mushrooms with a water
*Shred them in to pieces
*Prepare some sliced garlic,spring
onions,powdered black pepper and onion
(kay mahal man ang sibuyas (onion) absent lang
siya karon hehehe 😅
*Put cooking oil in the pan and heat it in a low
fire
*After the heating the oil directly put all the
mushrooms and the ingredients
*Mix them all together until its brown and crispy.

Finally heres the cooked crispy mushrooms. Ready to serve.ug tua ra...ge kaon na gyud cya sa akong anak.paburito kaayo nila ang luto nakong ohong.
