Overview
With Blurt, we are going to figure out how to harness the power of flash mobs.
Flash mobs, in this sense, can be defined as a group of Blurt Heads that will do something for upvotes to help bring attention and awareness to Blurt.
Last week, we put out the first Blurt Flash Mob challenge.
