poor black cat

hello all friends, I accidentally went to work and took shelter because it was raining very hard and saw a black cat, it's really very sad, especially since the rain at my place has not stopped for two days, maybe this black cat has been raining here for a long time and hasn't eaten anything. Don't bring food, you can't even buy it because it's raining so hard.
