A seven year-old kid riding his motorcycle for the motocross competition
Hello everyone! It's my honor to be with you again today! I hope you are doing well! As for me, I am good despite the colds I felt these past few days.
Anyway, I wanted to share with you today these pictures which sat for a very long time in my photo gallery and I finally found a perfect time to share it with you all.
This is about the very first motocross competition I ever saw and it was very exciting! I have always been afraid of watching this game since people could get hurt but my wonderful husband @tonton23 took me to a wonderful experience.
On December 8, 2021, Manolo Fortich celebrated their town fiesta and they celebrated with a bang! They held an enduro motocross competition and it was free for everybody to see thus there were not entrance fees to pay. The field was very open for everybody and there were many people who came to see that parking their own vehicles became hard . Good thing there was a huge open space for everyone. Those who came in early has parked in the middle of t eh field just like the vehicle we climbed into for a better look at the competitors.
The motocross event started December 8, 2021 at 1 pm; I did not know about it at first but we saw a tarpaulin advertising the event on the middle of the town and since my husband and I were on Manolo Fortich at that time and had some time to spare , we went to the event passing thru the road beside the Huge church and on to Barangay Pol-oton.
Motocross riders and motocross lovers, even the audience came from all sorts of life to witness this amazing event. It took some time for the race to start and so we all waited patiently on the side. The vendors too came to sell their goods on the people that came and of course the prices they are selling is a bit higher than the normal prices. A 500ml water was sold at 25 pesos, sadly I did not know other product's price since it's only water that i bought.
Hills and swamps and even obstacles were created by men -driven machines to make this happen.
My husband took a picture of me as a remembrance
My husband and I taking selfies with the competitors getting ready for the race
Some of the Motocross riders photographed randomly
A supportive father helping his son getting ready for the race
A motorcycle part recycled into a chair; Also used as a motorcycle stand
An adult man riding a child's small motorcycle and he was having great fun.
A lady rider walking towards her motorcycle. Too bad she lost after she fell during her race.
It was a very wonderful experience for me and my husband watching the motocross race, It was very exciting but I felt sorry for the riders and their motorcycles since they had a hard time winning.
Too bad we had to go to my uncle's house soon and we were not able to finish watching the race.
Have you watched motocross race before? Did you enjoy the experience?
