Spent some time for hubby

The sun was shining bright in the morning. It was too hot during the daytime. But it rained heavily in the evening.

Today I decided to spend more of my time with hubby while taking care of the little one. He has grown some wonderful aloe vera plants in our garden, aloe gel is one of the best soothing skin care treatments. Before the baby comes we had enough time for each other but now it's a little different.

I used to do his all skin care treatments but I wasn't able to do it for a while. I made a little time for him from my daily schedule and I scraped some aloe gel and applied it to his face. Aloe gel helps to lighten the skin and helps to remove acne scars.

This time I baked a cake for the new year, It came out so well. Everyone in the family loves my butter cake. We rarely purchase a cake from outside. I think they love it so much because I adjust to all their likings.

Hubby wanted me to bake another cake for him, I thought it is the best day to make him taste a piece of cake while enjoying the match in the evening. while the baby is having his evening nap I baked a cake for tea time.

During the powercut, I helped mommy prepare us dinner. It is the hardest time of the day. The power goes down exactly when people are home after work or when people are busy preparing dinner. Mothers with kids have a terrible time these days.

While I help mommy with dinner hubby played with the baby. After feeding the baby we normally put him to sleep but today we couldn't as it's too hot without electricity.

Today's menu for dinner is coconut roti accompanied by spicy chicken curry. It goes well on rainy days. We enjoyed our dinner while watching the match.

Unfortunately, Srilanka lose the match and he headed back to his work table with a heavy heart.
