It's our 3rd wedding anniversary on the 16th of January, We had lots of Ups and downs in these three years. With each year passing together, we got to know more about each other and we learned that anything is possible if we understand each other. Our little one is the biggest strength we had in the last long months, He brought lots of happiness to our lives. He made us totally new people.
This year we are celebrating our anniversary with our little son. I'm very happy and I feel blessed to have a nice loving husband and my Son Vihan. I thank god for each passing day.
This is the night before, We went to Keells Super to shop for some groceries, We did not have many plans for this anniversary as my husband was a bit busy with his work. So we decided to celebrate simply with the time we have.
In the morning, We cooked milk rice, Fish Abulthiyal (Spicy fish black curry), and Lunumiris (Sambol with Chilie and Onions). We made a little extra as we had the plan to take some for the innocent people who are around the temple.
I separated offerings to lord Buddha.
I didn't forget to keep some for my little friends running around my home. It was my pleasure to see them eating milk rice
We packed food in containers and got ready to go to the temple after having breakfast. We decided to visit the Bellanwila temple which is just 20 mins away.
We distributed the food we brought from home, It ended so soon. There were many people who haven't had their food in the morning. I thought that was the best thing we could do for them. It made me very happy, I saw the happiness in their eyes when I carry the food for them. I wished I had more packs of food in my hand
We went to the temple and prepared all offerings to lord buddha. Little Vihan enjoyed the visit to the temple very much. He understands a little now. He stepped on the sand for the first time and he enjoyed it very much!
This is the little arrangement we made for dinner. Hubby ordered Pizza for me, he knows that I love to have pizza. Thanks to my loving husband for trying to keep me happy and safe always.
I wish that we stay loved and blessed in all the coming years.
