One wise man once said to me - Be SpiderMan/SpiderWoman. Don't be SuperMan/SuperWoman.

Meaning that - SpiderMan/SpiderWomen leaves the previous web only after getting the next web in the hand. SuperMan/SuperWoman just leaves the surface.

In more easy words, leave the current job only if you've found the suitable job.
Just don't quit the current job like SuperMan leaves Earth Surface.
