Seriously, it seems that the work environment is too bad.
At some point in my life, I read a warning that a colleague placed on a small sign on his desk: "Don't mistake my kindness for weakness. Don't mistake my patience for helplessness."
They were good sentences to make things clear. He was a very kind and pleasant person, but once they managed to take things to the extreme and annoy him, the result was really not pleasant, he ended up with a case, a mess in labor courts and a lawsuit that lasted a while.
No one got anything good out of that fight, in fact it even seemed silly to me that they ignored his kind, clear and direct warning.
On the other hand, what I can recommend is that you try to look for another job while you continue in this one for now. I do not recommend resigning without having a job offer at hand, I did the opposite of this advice once and I can say that it was not a good idea
In the situation you are in, it is something that I consider normal to be full of doubts, but it is time to ask that even if you doubt everything, do not doubt your will to move forward, you left an area in armed conflict with bombing, you managed to get out of there your beloved pet, you decided to find your way in another country other than the first you arrived, even if you consider that at some point you make a mistake, take it as learning and do not torment yourself. I once read that Edison was asked about his thousands of failures when he was trying to create an inexpensive incandescent light bulb, to which that man replied that they were not failures, they were lessons on how he did not have to do things. That attitude is not easy, but I think it is worth trying to apply it to your own life.
