It is a day of reflection. Let's not wait for tomorrow to be happy. Because we do not know if we will be alive. The enjoyment is now with the beautiful things that life offers us. The perfect day is today to focus my gaze on the beauty of life, on that beautiful side that sometimes we fail to see. For example contemplate the clouds, contemplate a sunrise, listen to the birds sing, listen to the sound of the waves, and so on a series of things that are so easy to observe and we do not do it.
Es un dia de reflexiòn. No esperemos mañana para ser feliz. Porque no sabemos si estaremos vivos. El disfrute es ahora con las cosas bellas que nos ofrece la vida . El dìa perfecto es hoy para enfocar mi mirada en lo hermoso de la vida, en ese lado bonito que a veces no logramos ver. Por ejemplo contemplar las nubes, contemplar un amanecer, escuchar los pájaros cantar, escuchar el sonido de las olas, y asì una serie de cosas que son tan fàciles de observar y no lo hacemos.
When my husband went to another country as a migrant, I felt that the world was falling apart, it was not easy for me. We never stopped talking, we always looked for the positive side of life, we decided by our own decision to see every day as perfect, even though sometimes we felt that everything was falling apart. That's how we spent two and a half years, almost three, looking for the beautiful side of life. Looking for the lessons learned from each experience and filling ourselves with positive energy and good vibes to move forward. It was an arduous task.
Cuando mi esposo se fue a otro país como migrante sentìa que el mundo se me venía abajo no fue fàcil para mi. Nunca dejamos de conversar siempre buscamos el lado positivo de la vida, decidimos por decisión propia ver todos los dìas perfectos, aunque a veces sentiamos que todo se venia abajo. Así pasamos dos años y medio casi tres buscándole el lado bonito a la vida. Buscando los aprendizajes de cada experiencia vivida y llenándonos de energía positiva y de buena vibra para salir adelante. Fue una ardua tarea.
That is why I say that I am full of gratitude both in the good moments and in the not so good ones. Gratitude is a value that I keep present every day since I open my eyes and say: -waooo thank you my God for one more day of life. I am always grateful. Even though there were many obstacles for my husband to return to Venezuela, I never lost faith in God. And I would talk to him and tell him: -I know that your plans are better than mine and your timing is perfect. And in spite of many adversities I always, every day thanked God for keeping me full of faith and optimism. Some days I felt myself faint, falling down, but I would get up and keep on praying and meditating, to get my mind, soul and spirit aligned.
Por eso digo que estoy llena de gratitud tanto en los buenos momentos como en los no tan buenos. La gratitud es un valor que lo mantengo presente cada dìa desde que abro los ojos y digo: -waooo gracias mi Dios por un dìa màs de vida. Siempre agradezco. A pesar de presentarse muchos obstáculos para que mi esposo regresara a Venezuela, nunca perdì la fe en Dios. Y conversaba con él y le decia: -Se que tus planes son mejores que lo mios y tu tiempo es perfecto. Y a pesar de muchas adversidades siempre, todos los dìas agradecia a Dios por mantenerme llena de fe y optimismo. Me sentía en algunos dìas desfallecer, caer, pero asi mismo me levantaba y me mantenia con la oraciòn, y la meditaciòn, para poner mi mente, mi alma y mi espíritu alineados.
My struggle was constant and I am still struggling, persevering every day, that's why we have to keep the slogan It's Today! and while the pending issues are resolved, we enjoy and are happy with the little things that life offers us. Every day when I wake up I make affirmations with a lot of faith to have a day of blessings and God's miracles. That is why the return of my husband was a longed desire that I asked God in my prayers and I return him to me. I always thank God for the excellent gift of life, I always put in his hands my life and that of my family and all my loved ones. May I always make the right decision in situations that make me doubt.
Mi lucha fue constante y aun estoy luchando perseverando cada dìa por eso es que hay que mantener el eslogan ¡Es Hoy! y mientras se resuelven los asuntos pendientes, disfrutamos y somos felices con las pequeñas cosas que nos ofrece la vida. Cada dia al levantarme hago afirmaciones con mucha fe para tener un dia de bendiciones y los milagros de Dios. Por eso el regreso de mi esposo fue un anhelado deseo que le pedì a Dios en mis oraciones y lo regreso a mi. Siempre le doy gracias a Dios por el excelso regalo de la vida, siempre pongo en sus manos mi vida y la de mi familia y de todos mis seres queridos. Que siempre tome la decisiòn correcta ante situaciones que me hagan dudar.
Being grateful is a way to see life in a different way and we appreciate and enjoy it fully and we feel happy for what we have, when we are grateful we live in the moment, instead of taking care of hurting, we take care of helping the needy by investing part of our time to help others. To live in gratitude is to realize and value the things we have.
Ser agradecido es una manera de ver la vida de una forma diferente y la apreciamos y disfrutamos plenamente y nos sentimos felices por lo que tenemos, cuando somos agradecidos vivimos el momento, en vez de ocuparnos de hacer daño, nos ocupamos de ayudar al màs necesitado invirtiendo parte de nuestro tiempo en ayudar a los demás. Vivir en gratitud es darnos cuenta y valorar las cosas que tenemos.
