Today I want to share my sports successes.
I told a terrible story about how last year, doing aerial gymnastics, I fell off the canvas and tore my shoulder. While it healed, six months passed, and all this time I had to live with almost no sports activity. Now it seems to have healed, and I returned to active training.
I decided that in addition to gymnastics on the canvas, I also want to do on the ring and on the pylon. This is more than one workout per day, in total I got 12 of them per week. Yes, a lot, but nothing impossible.
So far, I'm very scared to roll over on the ring. But I hope to get used to it and for now I do only the simplest tricks, respecting my fear that arose due to injury.
