After the swearing in of our new President, in fact the first Female President we have ever had, it seems the former President, Juan Orlando Hernandez has been going from one bump after another, first US Congresswoman Norma Torres asked for the Justice Department to indict him, then Senator Menendez asked for about the same thing.
And now finally the State Department (US) has decided to revoke his visa because he is considered a corrupt person and with ties to drug trafficking. He has been accused of this for years but the US always backed him, both the Obama and Trump administrations considered him an ally. He got there because of Obama, well mainly Hillary and stayed there because of Trump.
Now it turns out that all along the US knew he was or better said is, a criminal and yet they treated him with kid gloves, while we had to stand his corrupt administration. Hopefully the US will make him pay for his crimes, because the Supreme Court in Honduras are his lackeys, but I believe the US should pick their partners better because to me it is humiliating that after you stand behind someone you know is a crook and then when he is out of power you bring charges against him or them, it just looks bad on you, it just seems you have no moral values.
