Have you ever posted anything on social media especially on Facebook and had someone ask you, "Was that about me"? And you knew that the person that asked was not even in your thoughts as you wrote it? If this happens to you, or if you are on the other side of this, always remember that the conviction being felt isn't about the person that posted it, but rather the person that wondered if it was about them.

If you think it's about you, check in with "Why"? Maybe there is something that you can learn about yourself. Anything that tweaks is always a great way to learn more about ourselves.

I only posted that for the reason that I often see posts like this. Nothing personal and it has nothing to do about me nor someone I know.
