You condemn me with more fear than I!

You condemn me because you could no longer make me condemn myself!
I consented for as long as I could remain in ignorance.
Now, now you sentence me with more fear than I!
Because I no longer remain ignorant, I know that you are now in fear.

Condemned are those who do not consent?

Like Galileo, Bruno made the mistake of remaining within a jurisdiction that hated him. Actually, he was tossed over by the Venetians coz they didn't like him either! He should have stayed up in the Reformation countries.

The point is not whether he was right or wrong - tho it helps to be right - but that the ideas were not up for debate. mmm... we are no further along.
