the number One on our list today is "the fear of dissapointing others" , most people are afraid to let pother people down which is actually a very bad traits. Even when they are being talked into doing something that goes against their will, they are afraid of disappointing others , hence they become afraid of saying no .

This could also come in the from of a colleague asking for help with a project , or maybe a close friend of yours asking for favour, when you say no to them , it can look as if you are not able to meet expectations or maybe be supportive in their time of need.
