Most of us are having the problem of low self-esteem and hence always want to fit in or maybe be like by everyone, this leads them to almost agreeing to what ever they are being told.

They have this believe that when they say no , they might appear to be selfish , uncooperative , or uncaring.
With this fear of social rejection leading the line , most people tend to say yes to everything even when it comes at their personal expense or cost.
we can alleviate this by loving ourself more.
