Why Is It So Hard to Say No?
Having introduced this topic in our previous post , we will now ask ourself the question on the main reason we should learn to say no. We just don't have to agree to everything that everyone comes our way tells us to.
Right from an early stage , most of us has been programmed to be agreeable, helpful, and accommodating to others.
I won't lie though , this trait is actually a positive one , but the side effects of this is that they have the tendency of leading to overcommitment, burnout, and feelings of resentment when we take on too much.
so in my next post , we will take a look at some factors while some people actually find it so difficult to say no.
