Stress and burnout can be a result of overworking oneself , this could arise from doing a whole amount of work just to please your friends , bosses or people around you. What am i trying to say , stress and burnout can arise from agreeing to every request because you will find yourself juggling over multiple commitments.
learning to say no when it is neccesary acn help you to manage workloads in a very effective manner thereby reducing burnout and stress.
