Understanding the Growth Mindset
So before we can enter fully into our aim of writing this post , let us first of all understand what growth mindset is actually is .
Growth mindset has to do with believing that their is always areas for improvement in any areas of our lives when the right strategies is applied.
A very important characteristics of people with a growth mindset or howyou can easily spot them is that they always see any challenge that comes their way as an opportunity to grow and not threats . But people with a fixed mindset are actually opposite. They view challenges as threats and see it as the end of journey , this belief actually limits them because they always avoid challenges , they are not persistent and feel threatened by the success of others.
