Remember, Resilience is a natural skills, but not everyone have mastered and perfected this skills, so I thought it will be worthy enough of we can give ways on how one can build this skills and perfect it.

1 . Cultivate Self-Awareness:

As an individual, you have to first of all analyze or should I say conduct a personal assessment on yourself, know your strengths, weaknesses, emotions, and coping mechanisms.

With Self-awareness , you can easily manage stress, identify what triggers you and then respond to challanges with resilience.

2 . Develop Positive Relationships:

For you to be able to pass through life challanges in a Resilience manner, you have to be happy with yourself, your surroundings and people around you.
A sure way of doing This is by establish a positive relationship with Friends, family, colleagues, and mentors who provide encouragement, empathy, support and practical support during challenging times.
