Like i said in the introduction of this post , learning to say no is a skill that can be perfected as time goes on , saying no to avry big request can be very challenging as in most cases not everybody will have the balls to that, that is why its is adviceable to start with small situations that is of low-stakes.

This could be saying no to an invitation to an event you’re not interested in or saying no to a sales pitch.

As time goes on , the confidence , boldness and comfortability of saying no in more challenging situations will develop.
