5 . Overvaluing Productivity:
In most working places and offices , people have this underlying belief that a busy individual is a valuable individual.

this now makes you to almost agreeing to every request being made to you or agreeing to every project, even though it stretches you or your resources beyond limit. so what am i trying to emphasize on this , the fear of maybe missing out on opportunities or being seen as unproductive can keep you from saying no.
