The specific circumstances we are experiencing may be really complicated, or we may be magnifying the problems; in any case, everyone knows what they live and what they experience, and the fact that we see with a magnifying glass the negative circumstances that we have to live through is not questionable; what is really important is to be able to have an alternative to have mental and spiritual clarity and also clarity in our paths, and thus make the best decisions and routes of action.

Already in other posts, I have told you about the importance of energetic cleaning, especially in these times in which interdimensional barriers have thinned, and when we are more exposed to astral fauna , as well as the mental field of other people, who intentionally or accidentally, can contaminate us with their energy. For this reason, today I have brought another type of ritual, which can bring us mental and spiritual clarity and peace, as well as allow us to see our paths more objectively. Let's see how simple this ritual is.

THE MATERIALS

A liter of milk. It can be cow, goat, sheep. It does not matter if it is fresh (it must be previously boiled), powdered, pasteurized, long-life, the important thing is that it is milk. If you do not have or do not want to use milk of animal origin, you can use vegetable milk; for example: Rice, oats, coconut, soy, barley, etc. If you can mix three, five or seven types of milk (animal or vegetable or both), even better.

A stick or branch of cinnamon.
Mint branches.
Enough water to rinse abundantly.

THE PROCEDURE

I am going to repeat what I say in each ritual post: If you do this process with your faith, intention and attention, it will take effect; if you do it without these three elements, you will only be doing something empty, mechanical and useless.
For any cleansing or clarity ritual, the first thing you have to do is have a clean cloth to dry after bathing, the clothes you will wear (including socks), the sheets, covers, blankets with which you will sleep and dress, must be clean. This is essential, because these elements retain energy patterns similar to those you are cleaning, so there is no point in performing the ritual if you do not take this simple hygienic measure.
The first thing you will do is boil the milk or milks that you have selected, together with the cinnamon and the peppermint. Once the boil is reached, let it boil for a minute, and then turn off and cover. Wait until it reaches room temperature.
Once the mixture has cooled, proceed to strain it. Reserve the already infused milk. You will deposit the cinnamon and mint branches at the foot of a plant or in a pot, thanking these elements for their help.
You enter the bathroom and take your normal bath, with soap, shampoo, conditioner. You need to wash your hair.
Once bathed, you proceed to apply the already prepared milk, from the crown of your head to the soles of your feet, ALL OVER YOUR BODY, with cleaning movements, as if you were removing dirt from your body, while you visualize and ask that all Negative energy, whether sent or natural, is expelled from your body, and at the same time you ask that your mind, your spirit and your paths be cleared of any obstacle, blockage, witchcraft, envy, bad thought. You do this process with your faith, intention and attention focused on cleaning, decontaminating and disinfecting yourself from any negative energy, curse or sorcery; and at the same time you ask for a lot of mental clarity, and spiritual too, as well as that your paths are clear. If you want, you can say prayers while you rub yourself with the milk.
Once this phase of the process is finished, you can wait 3 minutes while the mixture takes effect. Meanwhile, you can visualize, for example, that a very powerful white light coming from the sky is cleaning you and providing clarity, as if it were a giant laser.
Once the minutes have elapsed, you rinse very well, with great care to remove the milk from your body.
Dry yourself well and dress in clean clothes.
You can end the ritual by lighting a white candle of thanks to God.
You can repeat this ritual, as many times as you consider necessary, but always in odd numbers for each month; for example, one, three, five, seven… times per month. You can do them consecutively or spaced, but within the same month.

En ciertos períodos o lapsos de tiempo, la vida se no puede poner difícil, hacerse complicado el poder avanzar en nuestros proyectos, relacionarnos adecuadamente, tener bienestar, salud, claridad de pensamiento, sustento… en fin, muchas cosas se complican, se enredan y podemos llegar a sentir incluso, que el mundo se nos viene encima. Puede que las circunstancias específicas que estemos experimentando sean realmente complicadas, o puede que estemos magnificando los problemas; en todo caso, cada quien sabe lo que vive y lo que experimenta, y no es cuestionable el hecho, de que veamos con una lupa las circunstancias negativas que nos toca vivir; lo realmente importante, es poder tener una alternativa para tener claridad mental, espiritual y también y claridad en nuestros caminos, y así tomar las mejores decisiones y rutas de acción.

Ya en otros posts, les he hablado de la importancia que tiene el aseo energético, especialmente en estos tiempos en los cuales las barreras interdimensionales se han adelgazado, y cuando estamos más expuestos a la fauna astral, así como al campo mental de otras personas, que de forma intencional o accidental, pueden contaminarnos con su energía. Por tal razón, hoy he traído otro tipo de ritual, el cual puede aportarnos claridad y paz mental y espiritual, así como también permitirnos ver con mayor objetividad nuestros caminos. Veamos cuán sencillo es este ritual.

LOS MATERIALES

Un litro de leche. Puede ser de vaca, de cabra, de oveja. No importa si es fresca (se debe hervir previamente), en polvo, pasteurizada, de larga duración, lo importante es que sea leche. Si no tienes o no quieres usar leche de origen animal, puedes usar leche vegetal; por ejemplo: De arroz, de avena, de coco, de soya, de cebada, etc. Si puedes mezclar tres, cinco o siete tipos de leches (animal o vegetal o de ambos), mejor aún.

Un palito o rama de canela.
Ramas de yerbabuena.
Agua suficiente enjuagarte abundantemente.

PROCEDIMIENTO

Voy a repetir lo que digo en cada post de ritual: Si este proceso lo haces con tu fe, intención y atención, tendrá efecto; si lo haces sin estos tres elementos, sólo estarás haciendo algo vacuo, mecánico y sin utilidad.

Para cualquier ritual de limpieza o de claridad, lo primero que tienes que debes hacer es, que el paño que usarás para secarte luego de bañarte, la ropa que vestirás, (incluyendo los calcetines), las sábanas, cobertores, cobijas con las que dormirás y te arroparás, deben estar limpios. Este es fundamental, porque estos elementos conservan patrones energéticos similares a los cuales estás limpiando, entonces nada haces llevando a cabo el ritual si no tomas esta sencilla medida higiénica.
Lo primero que harás es poner a hervir la leche o leches que hayas seleccionado, conjuntamente con la canela y la yerbabuena. Una vez alcanzado el hervor, dejar en ebullición un minuto, y luego apagar y tapar. Esperar a que alcance la temperatura ambiente.
Ya habiéndose enfriado la mezcla, procede a colarla. Reservar la leche ya infusionada. Las ramas de canela y yerbabuena las depositarás al pie de una planta o en una maceta, agradeciendo a estos elementos su ayuda.
Entras al baño y tomas tu baño normal, con jabón, champú, acondicionador. Es necesario que te laves el cabello.
Una vez ya bañado, procedes a aplicarte la leche ya preparada, desde la coronilla hasta las plantas de los pies, POR TODO EL CUERPO, con movimientos de limpieza, como si te estuvieses sacando sucio de tu cuerpo, mientras visualizas y pides que toda energía negativa, ya sea enviada o natural, sea expulsada de tu cuerpo, y al mismo tiempo pides que se despejen tu mente, tu espíritu y tus caminos de cualquier obstáculo, trancamiento, hechicería, envidia, mal pensamiento. Este proceso lo haces con tu fe, intención y atención puestas en limpiarte, descontaminarte y desinfectarte de cualquier energía negativa, maldición o hechicería; y al mismo tiempo pides mucha claridad mental, y espiritual también, así como que tus caminos estén despejados. Si quieres, puedes hacer oraciones mientras te frotas con la leche.
Finalizada esta fase del proceso, puedes esperar 3 minutos, mientras la mezcla hace efecto. Mientras tanto puede visualizar por ejemplo, que una luz blanca, muy potente, que viene del cielo, te va limpiando y aportando claridad, como si fuese un láser gigante.
Ya transcurridos los minutos, te enjuagas muy bien, con gran cuidado para retirar de tu cuerpo la leche.
Te secas bien y te vistes con ropa limpia.
Puedes finalizar el ritual encendiendo una vela blanca de agradecimiento a Dios.
Puedes repetir este ritual, las veces que consideres necesarias, pero siempre en número impares por cada mes; por ejemplo, una, tres, cinco, siete… veces por cada mes. Puedes hacerlas consecutivamente o espaciadamente, pero dentro de un mismo mes.
