Once again friends of Blurt, I came here to share with you my creative art experience, this time I bring you the realization of makeup with special effects, specifically I bring you wounds This makeup is quite simple to make, despite its complexity, you just have to have the right tools, the desire, a model to do it yourself for a costume party, Halloween celebration or the day of death, in my case, since I am an actress It is also very practical for any theater or movie production.

Below the materials:

The basis of our makeup:

• Liquid Latex
• Medical Cotton (preferably the model that I put in the photo)

1 • Glycerin, this serves to create a more real aspect of blood and pus.

2 • Red lipstick to recreate the blood or you can also use artificial blood.

3 • Shadows with the color palette that you will use for wounds.

4 • Highlight or illuminator of the color of your skin.

5 • Base of the color of your skin.

If you do not have black shadow, you can also use black pencil, and blur it both in the wound and in the eyes.

Tools to add our bases and paints:

• Brushes
• Makeup sponge

How to use:

First cut the size cotton you want the wound, measuring where you will make that, face, neck, hand, etc., the cotton has several layers, try to use the thinnest to work with it.

Place the cotton in the place of the body that works and with a paddle the added liquid to adhere the cotton to the skin, (IF YOU DO NOT HAVE LIQUID LATEX USE HAIR LACQUER IN SPLASH).

After the cotton dries and is well attached it can be put on the skin with creativity, you can make holes, nail the cotton, something that can be done to make more terrifying, among other things.

Start by placing the base color of your skin, then with the illuminators and successively with the colors you want to add, and that is a preference of each one, do not forget to put the glycerin to look fresher and natural wound, if you want to join artificial blood with glycerin, and if you have yellow tempera to give a touch of pus is also valid, remember that it is to your liking.

Finally enjoy your creation and have fun with your friends and friends with this fantastic bloody makeup.
