Hola hoy nos vamos hacer ejercicios al Volcán de la Trinidad aquí en Caracas , luego de salir embarazada decidí volver hacer ejercicios y no dejarme engordar tanto ya que iba a perder mi figura . Así que cada vez que puedo salgo a hacer ejercicios al aire libre o montar bicicleta, como estoy en muchos grupos cada vez que salen o hacen una ruta yo me anoto junto a ellos . Para hacer las rutas en bicicleta o caminando el volcán es ideal para hacer motocross o bicicross..

El día que subí o conocí este lugar hice unas fotos muy buenas , ya que las hice en el momento exacto cuando venían haciendo competencia de saltos ,a los experimentados ciclistas ya en algún momento se las traeré para que las disfruten les recomiendo . Hacer este recorrido ya que es muy bonito y agradable por lo seguro también , en estos años de montañista no he oído o escuchado . De algún robo hasta el momento es más seguro que el Ávila ..

Lo que sí hay es escorpiones y culebras . Del resto mucho sol y brisa sabrosa más toda Caracas a tus pies más el ávila de frente ..

Aquí hay varios centros de diversión si quieres más adrenalina, está el parque Topotepuy es como un jardín botánico en la montaña es pago , luego abajo a unas cuadras está la Hacienda la Trinidad es bellísima aquí si lo que quieres es descansar y comer algo . Tienes esas dos opciones las recomiendo las dos por si quieres hacer un pequeño recorrido por la Trinidad , luego de hacer una caminata bajo ese sol y lo que quieres es distraerte y comer sabroso . O también para los amantes de las flores están estás opciones muy cercanas y bonitas por conocer ..

Para poder subir por aquí siempre debes de estar alerta , con los ciclistas y subir por la derecha ellos por lo general . Avisan por dónde van a pasar es por la izquierda casi nunca dejan de avisar ya que nunca saben por dónde pueden ir los excursionista , este lugar está lleno de hermosos pinos sentarse en sus parajes y disfrutar de su sombra cuando el sol está inclemente. Descansar aquí será lo máximo cuando lo hagan se acordarán de mí y mis recomendaciones así soy yo cuando salgo por estos volcanes y montañas de mi ciudad ..
