Hi, guys!
Today I had two musical rehearsals. One with a saxophone, and it didn't end very well, because in the end my lips got very tired and I couldn't finish the last 10 minutes. This is a very common problem with wind instruments. You need to strain only two places - the press and lips. The press has to be strained on purpose, but the lips, unfortunately, tense themselves. And when they are tense for a long time, then they begin to relax on their own, and the sound does not work. With the flute, this happens less for me, but with the saxophone it's just a nightmare. So I had to finish early.
But on vocals, everything turned out relatively well. Today I brought to my teacher a romance by Jorah Mormont, written by Anton Kruglov. Yes, that's right, it's a Game of Thrones song. That's what I did:
Lyrics:
All the things that have been done
Do not change, do not cross out.
Your path, whitewashed with death -
Cursed path, royal path.
But, if abandoned by everyone,
One in a hundred thousand steps
Whisper to me, unburned
And Ser Jorah Mormont will be forgiven.
Summer turns to winter
Time erases everything.
I know we'll meet again
With your heart, my heart.
When you're fed up with the truth
One in a hundred thousand enemies
I will fall at your feet, bloodied,
And Ser Jorah Mormont shall be forgiven
See you in the next post!
Love, Inber
