Here comes November. Although it is still quite warm outside during the day, the nights are already cold. In the house now only the first floor is heated. So I started animal relocation. Those who are in great need of warmth, such as guinea pigs, have moved closer to a warm stove. Disabled crows and jackdaws do not need heating, but they cannot stay in an outdoor enclosure either. I put them on the second floor.
My decorative ducks and roosters are afraid of the cold, but there is another problem. They are very small and can become victims of rats (now they are not there, but suddenly ...). So I moved them to a closed enclosure.
Little owls have also moved indoors. Not heated, but not cold either.
Finally, I cleaned the enclosure where Felicia lives and put a big box of straw for her to hide in on a cold night.
In general, the day went well and fruitfully, despite the blackouts.
And I also want to announce a surprise. Tomorrow someone beautiful will come to us to become members of our tailed-feathered family. But it's still a secret ๐
