El sol es salud para nuestras mascotas
Es esta publicación, voy a compartir la importancia de la luz solar para nuestros gatos y perros, ya que, en mi paseo de todos los días, me encuentro a las mascotas de mis vecinos que salen a tomar la luz del sol, parece gracioso porque puedo encontrar 4 gatos y al menos 2 perros pequeños acostados en el porche de su casa todos con su cara en posición erguida hacia el sol.
Recuerdo que Luna, cuando estaba viva, también lo hacía a cierta hora del día en el patio de mi casa, solía quedarse allí casi inmóvil, no olvido que siempre pensaba que ella está haciendo una especie de yoga, todos los días era su ritual, y así aprendió Lucero.
En nuestro paseo matutino, encontramos a varios amigos disfrutando del sol y sus beneficios. Así como los bebes requieren de luz solar, de esos primeros rayos del sol en la mañana, así son nuestras mascotas, requiere de la vitamina D, esta vitamina juega un papel importante en la salud de los animales, y derivan muchos beneficios. Mi madre me enseñó que esta vitamina es la encargada de regular los niveles de calcio y fósforo en la sangre, y esto ayuda en la formación y desarrollo de los huesos.
Es importarte tener en cuenta que la vitamina D tiene un papel muy valioso en el crecimiento, ya que la carencia de dicha vitamina puede provocar raquitismo. A su vez, exponer a nuestras mascotas al exceso de luz solar les puede puede provocar sobrecalentamiento y esto trae deshidratación. Todo con cuidado y sin abusos.
Nuestras mascotas saben que hacer
Los animales por instinto cada mañana buscan recibir de alguna manera la luz del sol, por ello es importante darle su espacio y llevarlos a que tomen el sol.

In this post, I am going to share the importance of sunlight for our cats and dogs as, on my daily walk, I come across my neighbors' pets coming out to bask in the sunlight, it seems funny because I can find 4 cats and at least 2 small dogs lying on the porch of her house all with their faces up to the sun.

Bueno, aquí donde vivo por ahora, hay 3 gatos más los agregados que vienen de "visita" por la gata que está aquí. Es increíble cómo buscan el sol y duermen plácidamente, a diferencia de este ser humano que lo evita a toda costa porque arde más que un correazo por la espalda. jaja.
