This is one of the characters of the Mega Man world, and also appears in the Marvel vs Capcom 2 video game, which was released in 2000, mainly for the Sega video game console, Dreamcast.
For this one I used Prismacolor colored pencils, a sketch pad, ruler, eraser, HB pencil and a pencil.
