Todos en algún momento de nuestras vidas hemos sido espectadores y nos hemos dejado cautivar por ese mundo extraordinario llamado teatro, donde cada detalle nos sorprende. Son las luces,  los colores, los actores, el drama, la música las que nos transporta a épocas pasadas, al presente o al futuro. De eso se trata, de que vivamos el teatro como una historia real,  de las que simplemente vivimos y que de alguna u otra manera nos vemos reflejado en ella.

All of us at some point in our lives have been spectators and have let ourselves be captivated by that extraordinary world called theater, where every detail surprises us. Are the lights,  the colors, the actors, the drama, the music that transports us to past times, to the present or to the future. That is what it is about, that we live the theater as a true story,  of which we simply live and that in one way or another we see ourselves reflected in it.

Nada de lo que veas o escuches está de casualidad,  todo tiene un motivo, todo en el teatro  debe tener un por qué,   y eso solo tú como espectador lo irás descifrando mientras la puesta en escena esté transcurriendo.

El tiempo,  los bailes,  las voces, los gestos, la escenografía,  la música, los vestuarios y hasta los actores están especialmente  estudiados para dicho montaje.

Nothing you see or hear is by chance,  everything has a reason, everything in the theater  must have a why,   and that only you as a spectator will be deciphering while the staging is taking place.
The weather,  the dances,  the voices, the gestures, the scenery,  the music, the costumes and even the actors are specially  studied for this assembly.

El actor es una persona que tiene que ser capaz de interpretar cualquier personaje que le toque realizar, es una persona que debe colocarse en los zapatos de muchas historias, su personaje es social, es una crítica, su personaje es valioso sin importar lo corto o largo de su parlamento, el actor debe vivir para reencarnar, convencer, entretener y, en ocaciones,  también ser desterrado.

The actor is a person who has to be able to interpret any character that he has to perform, he is a person who must put himself in the shoes of many stories, his character is social, he is a critic, his character is valuable regardless of how short or Throughout his speech, the actor must live to reincarnate, convince, entertain and, on occasion,  also be banished.

El entrenamiento del actor comienza por su cuerpo, generalmente la base del entrenamiento viene del Yoga. El yoga nos ayuda a escuchar al cuerpo, y el actor debe estar siempre activo, con todos los sentidos dilatados, aprende a respirar con el diafragma,  a ser flexible,  a controlar su centro. El yoga desarrolla la resistencia necesaria   para el largo tiempo que estará un actor en el escenario, donde los nervios y la adrenalina a veces traicionan, y debe estar siempre dispuesto, a que si llega a cometer un error, tiene ese poder mágico de improvisar y resolver sobre la marcha, sin que nadie del público se dé  cuenta.

The training of the actor begins with his body, generally the base of the training comes from Yoga. Entrena la voz, ejercita concientizando la respiración,  mejora su modulación,  aprende a proyectar sin gritar y  sin lesionarse las cuerdas vocales, en fin, es un entrenamiento cuerpo y mente en el que debe ser asumido con disciplina y rigor. El éxito siempre está en exigirse y que esa exigencia valga la pena para luego ver las recompensas.

Aprender el texto,  no hay formas ni métodos,  lo que he aprendido yo como actriz, es que si realmente estudias tu personaje, y entiendes cada palabra que estás diciendo, entonces se te hara más fácil aprender. En fin es como en una exposición, si manejas el contenido, se te hará más fácil exponer, y eso sin duda se va desarrollando a través de la madurez.

Learn the text,  there are no ways or methods,  What I have learned as an actress is that if you really study your character, and understand every word that you are saying, then it will be easier for you to learn. In short, it is like in an exhibition, if you manage the content, it will be easier for you to present, and that without a doubt develops through maturity.

Mi preparación como actriz principalmente la desarrollé en la universidad, donde recibí muchas herramientas, me  convertí en una esponja,  y absorbí lo que realmente me funciona  y lo demás decidí  reservarlo para otras oportunidades, ya que en algún momento me harán falta. Todo tiene su valor; las experiencias son tan únicas y tan diferentes una a las otras,  los actores nos adaptamos a tantas circunstancias ,  que debemos aprender a vivirlas de forma sana, para no llegar a la  tan peligrosa y mortal alienación. Es un trabajo donde debe haber equilibrio espiritual y mental para que la praxis se convierta realmente en un placer.

I mainly developed my preparation as an actress at the university, where I received many tools, I  I became a sponge,  and absorbed what really works for me  and the rest I decided  reserve it for other opportunities, since at some point I will need them. Everything has its value; the experiences are so unique and so different from each other,  We actors adapt to so many circumstances,  that we must learn to live them in a healthy way, so as not to reach the  such a dangerous and deadly alienation. It is a job where there must be spiritual and mental balance so that praxis really becomes a pleasure.

El teatro es un mundo que te regala profesiones, historias, personajes de verdad y de mentira, catarsis, maestros, regaños, fiestas, disgustos, reflexiones,  lágrimas, sonrisa y lo que más llena, la música más hermosa que puede obtener un actor: LOS APLAUSOS

Theater is a world that gives you professions, stories, true and false characters, catharsis, teachers, scoldings, parties, disappointments, reflections,  tears, smile and what fills the most, the most beautiful music an actor can get: THE APPLAUSE

Y así es como el teatro me ha abierto  sus puertas, me ha brindado los mejores momentos, me ha dado muchos conocimientos y ha fortalecido sin duda mis valores, mi corazón late fuerte cuando piso un escenario,  sin duda estoy enamorada de lo que hago. Espero seguir compartiendo mis experiencias con ustedes y este infinito amor que tengo hacia el teatro.

And this is how the theater has opened me  its doors, it has given me the best moments, it has given me a lot of knowledge and it has undoubtedly strengthened my values, my heart beats strong when I step on a stage,  I am definitely in love with what I do. I hope to continue sharing my experiences with you and this infinite love I have for the theater.
