If some rules are followed, eye irritation, eye discomfort, red eyes, heavy feeling, blurred vision will be eliminated.
Let's find out now -

  1. In the middle of your work, give a splash of cold water in your eyes when you work at a computer. After working 30-45 minutes, take a break of 5-10 minutes. Drink a glass of water.

  2. Work with the monitor at least 22 inches away. The brightness of the room light should be a little less than the monitor.

  3. After one-and-a-half hours, hold the eyes with your hands for 2-3 minutes. Occasionally give a splash of cold water on the face and keep the eyes closed for a while.

  4. Turn off the TV, laptop, mobile two hours before going to sleep.

  5. If the problem does not go away even after following the rules of eye rest, give eye drops with the advice of a doctor.
