There is no rush to get up in the morning and go to the office after completing the necessary work. Because the office is at home now.
But this has added some unhealthy habits to our daily routine. If you can get rid of all these habits completely, you will be healthy just as your body will be, but you will also be good mentally. It will be good for the people around you.
When you wake up, the first thing you notice is the phone. The first thing that catches your eye is any new notification or message. Then there is social media. And this only increases the pressure on the eyes. Problems like headaches can also occur throughout the day. Performance also decreases.
And so wake up and drink a glass of water first. Then sit by the open window for a while or sit on the porch. Set aside at least 2 hours in the morning for yourself. Stay away from social media this time. Exercise is a must. Enjoy morning tea or coffee. Read the necessary books or newspapers. Give yourself this time completely.
Breakfast is a very important meal - it can either make or break your day. Many people wake up late and have tea after drinking straight tea or coffee. This habit is not good for our body. Digestive problems are created. Eat a healthy breakfast after exercising.
Get up in the morning and work according to plan. Put everything right the night before. It will be like work time. And it will be fine. Do not delay to take a bath. Instead, take a bath at the beginning of the day. It will keep the body and mind fresh. The mind will sit at work. And hormones can work properly. If the hormones work properly then our performance and energy will also increase.
Don't wake up with any negativity. Rather think of something positive. Encourage yourself. For some good things but be grateful to yourself. Also, don't forget to thank those who are your traveling companions.
