Hello friends, how are you all? Hope you all are well. Today I will talk to you about the need to drink water.
We all know that water is very important for our body. We can never live without drinking water. Another name for water is life. We have to drink water no matter what food we eat. We can never spend a day without drinking water. A person has to drink about three liters of water every day. Water keeps our body fresh. We quench our thirst by drinking water. Water helps us digest food.

Water helps our body get rid of waste products. Water relieves fatigue inside us. Drinking water on an empty stomach every morning eliminates gastric problems. We use water for various purposes. Water is used in cooking for everything we need in agriculture. Without water we cannot think for a moment. Water is an invaluable resource to us. Eating less water causes jaundice, constipation and other diseases. We will never waste water. We will try to drink plenty of water every day.
