Well the restlessness or uneasiness can sometimes steal certain spaces, but living without anxiety is possible by being alert to react in time, and activating our heart in the positive energy of the world, the problem is when the anxiety is too much and can not be controlled then it is necessary to seek professional medical help, and this is good, because they are the right people to help us overcome this discomfort of restlessness.
A little anxiety is good sometimes because it can even help us to push ourselves to do something, but everything must be controlled and as far as possible live free, in tolerance, in peace of mind, thinking that we are part of the balance of the light of the universe.
