Keep the mind busy

Perhaps one of the main problems of this "quarantine" experience is the boredom that people feel because they have many more free moments at home and generally do not feel able to occupy all this space.

Psychology broadly describes how boredom and depression taken together can put people in a state of surrender to the vulnerability of humanity, but it is necessary to find in the purity of the soul the strength to release this feeling and to put an end to the sadness that comes from being in a momentary limited life.

The control of perceptions, emotions and thoughts requires a very valuable life force and requires that we know ourselves in an empirical and cognitive way. This is easier when body and mind are connected in an established control, but in adolescence it is easy to face this dualism and overcome melancholy, but if we learn to control the psyche and the soul, we will overcome a big problem.

The answer to many psychological problems that currently affect us is a busy mind, focused on an active mind and full of activities that lead to strengthening our memory, inner joy and the control of our mind. An example of a playful activity can perfectly be music, painting, writing a blog like in #hive, developing games for memory, among other things that can be fun.

Every day at the end of a day, we should leave our worries behind for a while, and at the beginning of a day we should try to keep them physically and mentally busy, preferably with actions that bring us good and create good for other people. We must always accept the saying that it is important to live today, because the past remains only as a memory, and the future depends on how much we believe that things will go well.

Keeping the mind busy at any age is a challenge, but with positive interactions, proper breathing and a sense of humor in the face of difficult things, we can achieve the serenity of silence that permeates us and the gift of holding ourselves with creative thoughts.

Definitivamente mantenerse ocupados es no darle cabida a las malas percepciones. Una mente ocupada no tiene tiempo para pensar sino para ocuparse. Saludos mi Luisita.
