So You just started a new diet. Maybe low-carb, or paleo, KETO or whatever your cousins friend said helped her drop the weight😬
The first few days go great. You resist when your friends get fries, resist when you all go out for ice cream together after...😐
The day after... you work late. There’s nothing in the fridge so you skip dinner. You tell yourself you ‘don’t need to eat,’ and kinda secretly feel proud of yourself for not eating.🙊
But then your craving kicks in & you end up eating whole lot of junk food that night😓
The next day you wake up bloated & guilty. Your body is feeling heavy & you are constantly blaming yourself for that🤷
Then you skip breakfast to overcompensate... or try doing exercises to burn is off
But the excessive cardio makes you extra hungry and you end up overeating again. Repeat cycle
I think a LOT of us have been trapped in this restrict + overeat cycle at some point. Myself included. What you're going through is very common—especially in a world that tells us to restrict, deprive, cut out food groups, and fear food🙄
Continuing in this cycle is tempting and easy. But is going to damage your metabolism & mind and at the end not gonna give you any result!!!
If you really want to lose weight/fat...
You need to eat. Real food. What worked for ‘her’ body isn’t going to work for your body. So again question is diet is best to lose weight?🤔
✔️Where you can eat 'real' food' & you are comfortable.. no avacado please.
✔️ It should have enough quantity. Of course if you are eating way too much then you have to reduce your portion sizes but that has to be gradually.
✔️Where you'll get to eat variety of food options & won't get bored.
✔️It should be able to satisfy or control your cravings
✔️and at the end it should give you results. Cz We are doing it for results only right💁
Any diet which fulfill all these criterias is the one you need to follow in order to lose weight🤗
