Good afternoon everyone I hope your day is going well. Am happy to be participating in this contest about how to care for the tooth, I will like to share with us the little I no about it.

Like we all know "Teeth are assets" Our teeth vary in shape and size depending on where they are in your mouth. These differences allow the teeth to do many different jobs.

Teeth help us to chew and digest food. they help us to talk, and to pronounce different sounds clearly. Teeth help to give our face its shape. A healthy smile can be a great asset and because this is so important it makes sense to give your teeth the best care possible.

Important ways on how one can care for the teeth

Eating to many sugary things spoils the teeth and gradually the teeth colour will start changing. You can avoid having a decade teeth by cleaning your mouth or brushing your teeth so that there will be no bacteria.

ii. Using drinking water and fluoride Toothpasteimages (5).jpeg

It helps strengthen the tooth and makes it less prone to tooth decay.

iii. Have a dentistimages (8).jpeg
Endeavor to visit a dental professional for a teeth check up at least once in 5 months.

iv. Avoid tobacco, smoking, and alcoholimages (9).jpeg

By avoiding the above mentioned things you can save your teeth from danger or being decayed. Smoking causes cancer and it damages the lungs, there is a saying that Smokers are liable to die Young

After brushing your teeth 40% of your teeth remains untouched, i.e it's not every part that was properly brushed. Flossing can help in removing food particles and other harmful things which cannot be removed with regular brushing. It is advisable to floss at least once a day.

It is one of the easiest way to have a clean and healthy teeth. By brushing your teeth regularly at least twice a day, it can prevent your teeth from germs and it will help in building up your teeth, don't go to bed without brushing your teeth.

vii. Reduce the rate at which you take tea, soda's and coffee
To much of everything is bad. To much of coffee, soda and tea can be dangerous to our teeth. Soda can make your teeth to be weak and it will lead to teeth problem such as CAVITIES. Tea, soda and coffee contains ingredients that can cause one to have a brownish teeth.

vii. Rinse your mouth with Anti_bacterial mouth rinse

To prevent tooth decay endeavor to rinse your mouth with anti_bacterial mouth Rinse.
