Eat some healthy food

In terms of nutrition and physical benefits, there is no substitute for almonds, Raisins, almonds, dry dates. These are as delicious to eat as healthy. If we eat 50 gm of these foods every morning, we will be physically healthy. Nk diseases will harm us.

Almonds and walnuts are essential for our health.The protein, antioxidants, copper, calcium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus, potassium, zinc and many other minerals and vitamins present in almonds are beneficial to the body in many ways.

Almonds reduce the incidence of diseases like anemia, enhance the beauty of hair, keep away deadly diseases like cancer, increase brain power, control blood pressure, strengthen bones, improve heart health, etc.

Dry Dates are rich in energy, amino acids, sugars, vitamins and minerals. Every day during fasting we have to stay on an empty stomach for a long time due to which our body is deficient in a lot of glucose. Then these dates help to supply our body with the necessary glucose deficiency.

Raisins eliminate iron deficiency in the body as well as increase the amount of red blood cells. But instead of eating dried raisins, it is more beneficial to eat them soaked. Raisins increase immunity, keep the body detoxified, reduce constipation, increase digestion, reduce anemia, etc.

To keep ourselves healthy and free from physical suffering we must take such food.
The oily or fast food we eat all day is very harmful for us. We suppress our appetite but do great harm to our health.

So take more of these foods to stay healthy. And live long. Stay safe, stay healthy.
