Bone loss is caused by a decrease in bone density to a certain extent. This reduces the amount of calcium in the bones, the normal structure of the bones is destroyed and gradually the bones become weak and brittle. As a result, the risk of fractures increases manifold. This is called osteoporosis.
The cause of bone loss disease

Symptoms and signs

Who is more at risk?
Women after menopause.
Inadequate intake of calcium and vitamin D.
Smoking and alcohol consumption.
Do not exercise.
Rheumatoid arthritis or gout.

. Taking corticosteroid drugs for a long time.
Preventable
Eating a balanced diet, eating foods rich in calcium and vitamin D, exercising regularly and refraining from smoking and drinking.
