Vitamin D deficiency, an important food ingredient, can lead to many physical problems. People with osteoporosis, diabetes, reproductive problems, polycystic ovary syndrome, and obesity may have vitamin D deficiency.
People in colder countries have a higher risk of vitamin D deficiency. And in temperate regions like Bangladesh, vitamin D deficiency is mainly due to unconsciousness.You need to know in detail when and how much sunlight should be received. 10am to 3pm is the best time to put yourself in the sunlight. During this time UVB rays become intense and sunlight is able to produce more vitamin D.Because it is said that sunlight can increase the risk of cancer.

Vitamin D is made from skin cholesterol. The arms, legs, back and abdomen should be exposed to sunlight to get vitamin D. However, do not forget to put the sun on the back. Because the skin on the back can produce the most vitamin D in the body

About 60 percent of the body's total vitamin D needs come from sunlight. We get less than 20 percent from food. Such as fry, catfish, salmon, milk, eggs. Basically, if you want to get vitamin D, you have to depend on sunlight.
