Today I am going to hospital for treatment.

Hello friends how are you all Hope everybody is doing well. I'm not good friends. The body has become very ill since I came to the office today. I have been having neck and headaches since I came to the office. I don't understand why and I vomited three times.

I have a government hospital in my office. There are qualified doctors here. Free medical services are available here. So I went to the hospital today with a book and some permission to consult a doctor.

This book contains all my information. Here is my ID name and my surname and my name. Here all the information has to be shown to this doctor. However, medical services are available.

I think my pressure is low. Because of the pressure, I sometimes have a physical condition. I'm having a hard time with office hours. I don't know if I can pass the whole time. I might go home if I feel worse.

I didn't write much anymore due to illness. All will be well and pray for me.
