These 7 habits can unknowingly increase your migraine problems

Migraine is a special type of headache. Starting from either side of the head,it becomes very difficult. That is why it is also called 'half-forehead' pain. Migraine pain is extremely painful and chronic.People who have migraine problems may experience severe headaches as well as nausea,body and face discomfort. This pain lasts for several days. So for those who have migraine problems,it is better to avoid certain activities or habits that are responsible for this pain.It may be possible to stay away from migraine problems.

1)Keep the stomach empty:-If the stomach is empty,migraine pain or problems may start. This is because being on an empty stomach causes gastric problems which can exacerbate migraine problems.

  1. Weather:-Migraine pain may start due to excessive sun exposure.In addition,migraine pain starts with excessive heat and excess moisture.

3)Stress:-People who work continuously with a lot of stress and can not adhere to a certain time of their sleep and eating,they are seen to be more prone to migraine.So try to avoid stress.If you are under a lot of stress, have a cup of lemon tea.This will relax the brain a bit.

  1. Eating extra sugary foods:-When we eat too many sweet foods,our blood sugar levels rise,which leads to the production of excess insulin to control. As a result, blood sugar levels go down.In this way,migraine pain may start due to sudden difference in blood sugar level.

5)Excessive noise:- Excessive noise, listening to loud music,etc.can also cause migraine problems.There is a risk of migraine pain for about two days due to loud noise.
6)Excessive sleep:- Only one day of sleep irregularities can have a bad effect on the body.For example,those who sleep regularly for about 5 to 6 hours,if they sleep a little more a day in a hurry,then the migraine pain starts.
7)Suddenly stop drinking coffee:-A recent study found that people who are accustomed to regular caffeinated beverages,if they suddenly give up or stop that habit can start migraine pain.
