Hello friends,How are you all? I hope you are well by the grace of Allah.I am also well by his grace.Now i am talking to you guys about the benefit of morning walking.I hope you will read my completed post well and leave a comment.

At first i am talking about a english poem.there was a english poet who said that...
When money is lost.
Nothing is lost.
But when heath is lost.
Everything is lost.
That means health is the most precious thing than any other thing of our life.According to doctors, walking in the morning is very good for the body. So many people nowadays are seen walking in the park and in the streets of the area in the morning. Walking is the most beneficial exercise of all types. Each of us should walk at least 30 to 40 minutes every day which is equivalent to about two to three kilometers per kilometer. Walking in the morning is very beneficial for the body and for walking in the morning we can prevent the body from various diseases. Moreover, regular walking increases the capacity of our body. The fresh air in the morning is very good for our body as it purifies our body and mind. Increases the capacity of our heart and mind. During walking, the heart circulates blood in different parts of our body and pure oxygen enters our body for walking in the air which is very good for our body. Which increases our life expectancy. If we walk regularly in the morning then our memory power increases. And we can remember a subject for a long time.

The pure air that we enter our market in the morning is the pure blood of our brain which increases the capacity of our brain to store information. In addition, if we walk regularly in the morning, our blood pressure is controlled so that we can lead a sick life. Moreover, the production of red blood cells increases. Sock walking causes sweating in the body which flushes out harmful light substances from our body which makes our skin look good. Walking in the morning reduces excess body fat and walking on an empty stomach in the morning keeps our weight under control which makes our body structure beautiful. Freelancing reduces our stress by taking regular walks in the morning. Today I woke up at 6 in the morning. After waking up, I brushed my breakfast and ate breakfast. Then I went out for jogging.

This morning I was walking 30 to 40 minutes. Not today I walk 30 to 40 minutes every day which helps to keep my body structure in order. I do regular exercise and jogging with my own body so it also falls into my body exercise. Each of us should be aware of our own body. There is a english proverbs
"Health is the root of all happiness."
.Each of us should gain proper knowledge about health and exercise regularly to maintain our good health.
