I absolutely love this app even w/ ads. I lost 4 pounds in 4 days just doing the hiit workouts. I was doing intermittent fasting and lost A LOT of weight but as soon as I stopped I gained 20 pounds more than what I started with. I was at my heaviest and honestly depressed. I downloaded this app along with 4 others and tried them all out over the course of the week. This one was the BEST! it has animations showing you the workouts and positive remarks when you try and exit during a w/o! The best!

It's an amazing app for working out...u can customise it the way u want and edit the workout plan according to your needs and it also very effective😊...Altho don't expect changes overnight or even in a few days, but if u workout regularly for at least half an hr each day u will be able to see changes within a few months.

An app that allows you to grow and work in your exercise daily. Craft with the everyday individual that want to slowly work themselves into shape. Great experience! Recommended especially for woman who wants to tone their bodies.

This app is very nice for me and I think that there should so many apps like this to help people to get the exact suggestion. This app is my guide that gives me proper advice on how to get rid of high weight. I think this app is very useful for those who wants to be slim.
