Today has been a busy day! with losing weight i have been doing weight lifting three times a week to help me gain muscle and burn extra calories. Usually I would join a gym to do this but since i live with a covid vulnerable person i decided it best to make a home gym...Our dining room has been turned into that gym..

Naturaly things can get a bit messy so today i have been giving the place a damn good clean in preparation for the new weights that I have now received:)
