Today I has a sneeky peak at my weight and im pleased to say that i appear to be still losing this week...Usualy i feel its best to only weight once a week because otherwise its is frustratingly slow to do it daily - i get unmotivated doing that so i go weekly, but every once in a while you need something to pick yourself up a bit!
The official weigh in is Wednesday and i am hoping I will have lost more than i did last week!
