Multiple Benefits Of Aloe Vera

Greetings blurt friends 🙋, I wish you all are well.

Aloe vera is a plant that can offer us many benefits. I have a planting of several in my garden.

I have been researching this wonderful plant since I have a girl of 11 and she cares about the care of her skin and hair. And I discovered that it has benefits that are not just cosmetic.

Today I want to tell you a little about it, it is one of the main gifts that the plant kingdom gives us. It offers us important nutritional and medicinal benefits that it keeps in its leaves.

Although the vast majority only know the external applications of Aloe Vera, whether in cosmetic form (skin and hair) or in the form of burn repair, the plant has much more to offer. When used internally (ingested), its benefits are equally significant.

In it we can find the following benefits or aids:

-Stop the growth of cancerous tumors.

-Reduces bad cholesterol levels.

-Dissolution of kidney stones.

-Treat ulcers, irritable bowel syndrome, Crohn's disease and other digestive disorders.

-Reduce high blood pressure by addressing the cause, not just the symptoms.

-Accelerates the healing of physical and radioactive burns.

-Replace dozens of first aid products, making the use of bandages and bactericidal sprays obsolete.

-Help stop colon cancer by treating the intestines and lubricating the digestive tract like a balm.

-Correct constipation.

-Stabilizes blood sugar levels.

-Prevent and treat infections caused by Candida bacteria.

-Protects the liver against various diseases.

-It works as a natural isotonic, for the balance of electrolytes, also making artificial isotonic drinks obsolete.

-Increases cardiovascular performance and physical endurance.

-Hydrates the skin and accelerates its regeneration in the event of cuts or wounds of any kind.

-Fluidifies blood that may be too dense, thick or sticky, which facilitates circulation.

-Increases the oxygenation of the blood.

-Reduces inflammatory processes and relieves arthritis pain.

-Protects the body from oxidative stress.

Probably if we all had a small Aloe garden in each residence. Pharmacies would definitely sell fewer drugs.
